Unable to return a purchase. They denied a RMA. Opened package is their reason for denial. Ridiculous only way to check fitment. I am a parts manager and this is not the practice of a reputable business. Buyer beware!!! Stay away from this website.

Ordered parts but they were missing washers making them unusable. Had to argue to return them even though they time had not expired.They wouldn't issue credit because I didn't send them a tracking number even though they recieved them. Stay away.

ToyotaPartDeal.com Screwed up my order twice (their fault) and are holding on to my $135 refund while giving me a runaround. They've been 'working' on my refund since May 13th. This is after promising a full refund will within 2 weeks. Still waiting. I've referred a lot of customers to their site and will definitely warn them. Felix

This company is fraud. I ordered for some parts today using my international card and I was debited but got a message that the Transaction was unsuccessful. I sent a mail to them to request for refund but no response.

This place completely scammed me out of about $900. Sent an exhuast manifold with a faulty catalytic converter that destroyed my secondary cat too. They are so obviously just giving me the work around with no refund or even a simple part replacement after months of disputing. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DO NOT USE!
