The beautiful lifelike tree was delivered as promised. I probably spent a total of three hours fluffing my new nine foot tree. It is really full without any bare spots. The tree sections and the connectors were well marked, and I was pleased to see that there was enough slack in the lighting connectors to make it easy to assemble. I was able to assemble it myself, without help, and I’m a senior. The many realistic branch tips, made it easy to decorate. We’re enjoying the options on the LED color change lights. The only negative is that the tree and packing material had a musty warehouse smell out of the box, but it appears to be wearing off. I’m still giving it five stars, because of the quality.

Ordering the tree did not go smooth. Many calls back and forth for proper order and shipping. VERY disappointed with quality and fullness of the tree. It is too thin and the entire trunk shows. Many wide, open gaps betwen the branches. The colors of the lights are too harsh on the eyes and look very artificial. The twinkle and fade functions are nice though.

After researching many trees on the internet and finding them all lacking (even the most which claimed to be higher in quality and more expensive), I concluded that Treetime seemed a cut above all of them. When I called customer service for additional information, they were very helpful and informed about their product when answering my questions.

Delivery was a soon as expected. Easy to assemble and the price even though $1000 seems really high, is not significantly higher than trees at Lowe's or Home Depot and your tree looks much more real. Plus, we priced real 9' trees at $350-450, so in three years we have broken even and start saving money each year after that. Totall pleased.

Given what I paid…I expected more from the tree. Just felt like I should learn to not purchase sight unseen.

I have written 2 times explaining this and have not had a reply. I purchased this tree right before I had a huge, very life threatening surgery. When I returned from hospitalization, I could not even open the box for three weeks. When I opened it I was really surprised with the brown, quite ugly and quite visible stem. I explained that I understand the return policy and it had expired and why. I have not hear a word from Treetime. So, really you don't even deserve 1 star.
