I miss my real tree, but I am happy with this realistic artificial tree. It is narrow and fits where I need to put it. It arrived as scheduled and was easy to put together with the help of my grandchildren.

There is one section that doesn’t light up and we want figure how to fix it.So that part is against the wall. The colors are brilliant and the tree looks so natural.

Excellent customer service

It was easy to find the tree that I was looking for. I wanted a 3 foot tree because I have a small living room and I wanted a better quality that wouldn't constantly be losing needles. Delivery was very fast. This tree is more life like and is actually fuller than I expected. I love it! The only problem I have now found is that the top branch where I would normally put my star is too weak to support it. It needs to be sturdier.

I brought a tree a while back my lights was burning out so the nice lady from this company told me to send the tree back and they would change all the lights for me for a certain price it was worth it .I love my 5 ft tree looks so real thank you for helping me .I have the tree set up in my bedroom so my mom that is bedridden can see it it is so beautiful.❤️

We waited to submit a review until the tree was set up for a few days to be sure it works - it does! The delivery was immediate - the tree was shipped the day we ordered and arrived just fine. We ordered the LED color change version and it is beautiful and just as pictured. Don't be concerned about the lighter and yellow tone in the pics compared to other darker trees on the site -- this is a true and realistic green you'd see in nature. My only surprise was that 7 of the tips from the PE branches fell off or were in the box as we unpacked the tree - each tip we found was about 1 to 2" of the very tip so not sure why that happened. The other surprise is that the pastel color that I was indifferent to before ordering may actually be my favorite. The clear and the multi colored are beautiful as expected but the pastel is subtle and unique and brings a smile. The foot pedal and remote work fine and it is so nice to have the choices provided and to dim the tree while watching tv at night or to have full brightness during the day.
