Tree was received in good condition and all lights worked.

Treetime has great artificial Christmas trees! I wanted a tree that was slimmer to fit my place. I went to Treetime because of past experience. The new tree is just what I was looking for! I needed to return a tree because it was too small and Treetime's customer service cannot be beat!

My tree arrived very quickly! Although I haven’t removed it entirely from the box yet, I can already tell that it’s going to be lifelike and full. Once it’s time to decorate, I have no doubt that I’m going to be quite pleased with it!

We put the tree together to make sure everything was there. We love it! Can't wait to decorate this beautiful tree. Made very well. Not cheaply made. Worth the extra money. Ours is not prelit. Thats why we are buying a new tree the prelit always ends up ruining the tree. This is why no lights this time. Our new tree is gorgeous! I purchased it during the Christmas in July sale and immediately put it up upon arrival. Set up took less than five minutes. I hated packing it away until holiday season, but it gives me something to look forward to!

Have not opened box or assembled but delivery time excellent and box arrived in good condition. Will assemble in December

I haven't opened my tree yet. I can't comment on the actual product. However, I am disappointed that I wasn't notified when it was delivered.
