Order Placed 3 Months Ago Yet to be Delivered
I ordered a 30" wreath on September 24th and as of today, December 24th, it has yet to be delivered. I tried to get status update from Treetime customer service for past month. I finally talked to a service agent 10 days ago and he had no information on delivery date and asked me to call back in a couple of days. I tried every day since and could not speak to a service rep. This is all very disappointing. The lack of customer service is unacceptable. I am very disappointed in Treetime who I had ordered from in years past.

Bent top section
My tree is very beautiful now. However, the original tree we received had a bent structural bar in the top section. I had to send two sets of pictures to justify the request for a replacement piece. Because of the situation, we were delayed in our holiday decorating and Treetime offered no compensation for the hassle or initial disappointment. I would have expected better customer service when paying nearly $800 for a tree.

I ordered a tree on 11-25-21 & today is 12-22-21 and I do NOT have my tree. I sent a message yesterday which they did reply to. They stated there was a shipping problem. Ok, I get that, but send me an email to let me know! No one at customer service did that. Now I have no tree!! And no I cannot go get one because we were exposed to someone who tested positive for Covid19 this past weekend and now have to isolate for a week. PCR tests are scheduled for today, but even if we get the results in 2 days, we will not have a Christmas tree! So disappointed! How hard is it to send an email to let us know there was a problem?!? Let’s see if I get a refund???? Thank you for that warm an fuzzy customer support reply. NO, I never received your “mass email”, so your review would now be a “- 1 star”. You were very quick to reply to my negative review!!!!!! Therefore I know you know how to inform customers when you have a shipping problem. As I stated before, I totally understand that stuff happens, but TELL US!!!! Don’t leave us hanging!!!! Your customer service team is AWFUL!

I ordered a tree in October
I ordered a tree in October. It has not appeared. So I really can't write a review except to say a three star to customer service. One excuse after another. The last expected date was the 15th of Dec. And still no tree. So if you are lookiing for positive comments, please look elsewhere. I won't make this mistake again. I NEED TO SAY - It is not their fault that the tree was stuck in Vancouver and in a landside. I am sure that the quality of the tree I will eventually receive will be just beautiful. Maybe I should have ordered another tree. ( They did suggest that) My previous review was written out of frustration and I deeply apologize to the company. I guess next time I would order very early and then change the order to a tree they could ship sooner. I want to wish you a Happy New Year and hope that 2022 will be a good year. Donna

JoAnn was very helpful in letting me know shipping details. Tree just the right size. I would have preferred seeing it first, but this is probably the last tree I would buy. I do not think the molded needles' branches are able to be "shaped", though the inner branches were.
