I usually love treetime shopped there for years Always happy with my purchases But this years I ordered because garland which was not in stock but the wreath was. So I received the wreath but the garland was back ordered. Now this comes and says I may receive this survey prior to my order I assume they might mean the garland??? Which I do not want any longer and have tried to cancel I have called and left a message, emailed, talked to the store and was told I would receive a call back….nothing ….no call email text… nothing. However this has been a crazy year and I will shop there again

What can I say? Ordered tree October 20 and still nothing on January 1. Initial order was unavailable. Then we were told it was available since somebody cancelled their order. Then it was supply chain, mudslides, and transportation issues. All We know is the tree is in the country somewhere, last we were told. We don’t get any update unless we initiate the contact. Then we are told it’s best to not cancel order as prices are going up for next season. I’m sure that’s true and I imagine the tree is nice. Hopefully, we receive the tree for Christmas in 2022. The overpriced real tree we had to get this season, last minute, was nice…

The top of the tree was bent making the tree overall look crooked. I had a professional put the tree together and decorate it.Before doing so she suggested I send it back. When I called customer service they said I would have to pay to send the tree back. It was disappointing considering I paid 800 for the tree. Next time I’ll buy a tree locally.
