I usually love treetime shopped there for years Always happy with my purchases But this years I ordered because garland which was not in stock but the wreath was. So I received the wreath but the garland was back ordered. Now this comes and says I may receive this survey prior to my order I assume they might mean the garland??? Which I do not want any longer and have tried to cancel I have called and left a message, emailed, talked to the store and was told I would receive a call back….nothing ….no call email text… nothing. However this has been a crazy year and I will shop there again

What can I say? Ordered tree October 20 and still nothing on January 1. Initial order was unavailable. Then we were told it was available since somebody cancelled their order. Then it was supply chain, mudslides, and transportation issues. All We know is the tree is in the country somewhere, last we were told. We don’t get any update unless we initiate the contact. Then we are told it’s best to not cancel order as prices are going up for next season. I’m sure that’s true and I imagine the tree is nice. Hopefully, we receive the tree for Christmas in 2022. The overpriced real tree we had to get this season, last minute, was nice…

Perfect height at nine foot and the pencil shape fits perfectly in our great room. The tree looks very real with lots of branches to fill in. We are very happy with the purchase of our beautiful Christmas tree.

What a beautiful little tree! I bought a small tree for a table and it’s just gorgeous! I elected not to decorate it as it would take away from the beauty of the tree. Very, very excited with this purchase.

The top of the tree was bent making the tree overall look crooked. I had a professional put the tree together and decorate it.Before doing so she suggested I send it back. When I called customer service they said I would have to pay to send the tree back. It was disappointing considering I paid 800 for the tree. Next time I’ll buy a tree locally.

I have contacted TreeTime via emails & voice messages in regards to an order I placed in early October. I have never received that item nor a follow-up email or call. So disappointing!!!

I would have given Treetime (5 stars), but the clerk pulled wrong item. However. Customer Service did a great job, was very nice, accommodating in correcting the order.

Excellent quality of product

It is hard to give a good review when the product has never shipped. I order on October 28 and am still waiting. Of course it doesn’t matter now since Christmas is over.

Lights stopped working after 2 days. Emailed customer service and they never responded. You learn.
