Be careful about door to door sales, didnt demonstrate the reader very well nor explain fees correctly. Got told it would save me money when i showed the sales guy my report from sumup, turns out it wont save me a penny. Also no inventory like sumup etc. Not used machine for one payment so far and dont plan to either. Cannot cancel contract even after a few days. Reader in cupboard collecting dust. READ EVERY SMALL PRINT BEFORE SIGNING! Waste of time for me, dont let sales man talk you into it, do your own maths first. Lots he didnt tell me!

Been with them for ages but should have left them ages ago....Very expensive for water. They dont have a British call centre and you will get shipped between Philippians South Africa and India.... Torture trying to communicate with them.

Shocking company to deal with Clear Busness saleman sold us the card machine through Clear Business on what we believed was a 30 day contract from a cold call telephone call from Clear Business. Should we wish to cancel and that the card transactions were with World pay. We wished to cancel the contract and was advised that we had agreed to an 18 month term which we hadnt been clearly advised for the rental of the card machine with Clear Business but the contract with worldpay was on a 30 day contract!!!
