I have never dealt with such a bad energy company as this. We provided meter reading each month but their bills are 4/5 times high then any other companies. Numerous phone calls to solve the issues, but no one listen. One Star is to much to give, seeing a letter from Clear Business I know I’ll be having a very very bad month. I don’t recommande to anyone

Please seek alternatives before signing…

Please seek alternatives before signing a contract with this company(water). It really surprises me that they allowed to operate whilst using some very unethical measures. Alternatives are out there and also cheaper. Small independent businesses are a feeding ground for parasites as this. I do not stand alone in my experience, it is echoed throughout our communities if you take a moment to listen. Update Clear business have now had our company on a rolling contract for 7 years, which we have been unable to escape from. They gave us a date of expiration. When we came to the date they said they had made a mistake our actual date was 4 weeks before, and had rolled onto yet another term. Since this time they have sent me daily texts, letters, mails of intimidation, of fines, fees, and charges. The motives should be investigated. The reply to this review is just for decoration there was no one actually looking into this to resolve it. If Al Copone was on TripAdvisor and had a customer service department it would mirror this. Clear Business.
