Really helpful and clear information

Jamie Todd was really friendly, helpful and explained everything including future price increases and the contract length. He phoned back when scheduled and encouraged me to get back in touch if I had any problems. Very happy with my experience today.

Regret my move to clear business

Regret my move to clear business. At point of sale i was assured my early termination fee would be paid quickly and my number would be no problem in porting over. In November i sent all the information to claim back my £220 termination fee. It took four months to port my number over. Meaning no business landline for this duration. I have made in excess of 20 phone calls to them, complaints, yet still no refund for either the service not received and promised termination fee. Appalling level of customer care which will now take my complaint further and move away from this company asap. Highly recommend avoiding

A very well done to Joshua

A very well done to Joshua. He was so very helpful in an ongoing dispute, and listened and was very constructive in trying to resolve the problem. He has given me hope that everything that he said would take place will and the issues should all be resolved now.

Appalling Customer Care

I have tried to terminate my account, l have been out of contract since October. I emailed and telephoned the company because they have been invoicing me for a service I do not require and am not using. When I ring, I am passed to three or four different departments. The customer care is appalling. I asked for the complaints department and was immediately cut off. i am now contacting the ombudsman.

Spoke to VIKAS MEHRA on the telephone today to resolve a query as I wanted to cancel - previously sent emails with no reply and had 2 dropped calls (they hung up) so not happy but Vikas was very helpful and sorted my query out very efficiently

I spoke with Mahmoud, who was brilliant. I had a complicated situation where another company tried to transfer the supply while I was still in contract and caused so much hassle for me. Mo was really understanding, explained where they’d gone wrong, and worked out my new fixed contract for me. He is patient, considerate and very knowledgeable, helping make a stressful situation more manageable
