Worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with .STAY WELL CLEAR .called clear business should be called not so clear business. Been mislead from the start of the contract. Broadband was offered at £29.99 not had one invoice for this amount. £12 then £53 then £43 don't know whether am coming or going so cancelled the direct debit. Then trying to charge for not paying via debit debit??? Asked to cancel the contract as this is all down to them .they are in breach of their own contract as far as am concerned. Oh yeah early cancellation £2145 I was informed today . Go take a long walk off a short peir. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. TONY

As a small business we have had no…

As a small business we have had no phone service for over 10 days. This is the second time in 4 weeks that the landline has been suspended. I have spent hours on the phone speaking to a variety customer services operators, some rude others offering to call back and escalate to managers and still no return of service or call back from a manager. When asking to cancel contract told I would have to pay back over £2000 even though I was told my contract could be renewed in Jan 2025. I’m disgusted at the service I have received so far.

Thieves

Thieves! Stole from my business and overcharged me in hundreds of pounds. To actually DOUBLE charge me for their service that's NOT working is a disgrace! DESPITE being assured by their customer service that they would not charge for call diverts while they try to "resolve" the issue is utter fraud of the highest order! I am not asking for compensation I'm demanding it as my business BOMBAY KITCHEN and my mental health has been HIJACKED BY THESE TERRORISTS.

Excellent customer service

Spoke with Charlotte at Clear Business to research internet options for my business. She was excellent and gave great customer service. She laid out all of the options very clearly, answered all of my questions and sent a confirmation email. She then followed up when she said she would. All in all created a great impression of a company that can be trusted.
