From loyal customer to accounts closed! After chasing with letters and phonecalls for a bill paid by DD, then to have to fight to end an out of contract service, disgraceful letters threatening services using inaccurate information and then a colleague confirmed this was wrong...... The list is endless, and an open complaint hasn't improved their service with a letter saying our companies house information had changed and services were threatened again! Another phonecall, multiple holds and another colleague confirmed this was not right. The cancellations team are no better. Save your money, time and look after your bank account by never providing a DD form with this company. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. Shambles
