I called the store one Thursday morning after finding the guitar I wanted in their on line catalogue at a great price. I spoke to Jamie who confirmed that the guitar was in stock. Jamie then organised for my guitar to be restrung in my desired gauge and set up. The guitar was then with the couriers early that afternoon and it made it Broome Monday afternoon. Great all round

The gear took a little while to arrive (10 days) - but the floods in NSW & QLD might have delayed the delivery. I ordered a black & yellow (old style) muffuletta - but they gave me a new style (olive & black). Same pedal, but I specifically asked for the black one (they are separate items on the website). Everything else in the order was perfect.

Purchased a Les Paul Koa Custom Pro on line. Delivery was very quick. Less than a week considering it had to come to Sydney. The guitar was a beautiful Custom Koa, however not the Custom Pro as advertised on line. A phone call to Rock Inn to check what had happened and Leigh was very apologetic and informed me that the add should have been pulled as the Custom Pro Koa had not been available for several years. Leigh was happy to resolve issue with a number of options including modifying to Pro specs and .some fret work to ensure i was happy. I settled to keep the Custom Koa as it was an amazing guitar and Leigh sent me a hard case and several sets of strings at no cost to me. That's great service to ensure customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Rock Inn.

A very competent dealer who brought my baby and I together. I ordered it from Cairns (I didn't visit the store) and recieved in just over a week, with floods and stuff. One or two emails, very professional, out the door the minute I ordered it. I'd recommend them to anyone 🎸
