Being in Victoria and purchasing equipment from Perth could be a precarious process but I've found that Rock Inn describe items acutely and accurately and that can be relied upon without exception. Though I've never had a single issue with any of my purchases, the duty of care and respect for their clients assures me enough that if I ever did have an issue, it would be handled in a professional responsive and responsible manner. Many guitar shops in Australia would do well to mimic the business model and customer service The Rock Inn consistently demonstrate on purchases large and small.

I entered the store hoping for a positive outcome to an itch that I have wanted to scratched for 40 years. I wanted to experience playing a electric guitar. Now at 67 you can understand that I feared being looked at as an old fool for I am only a self taught boarding school aquatic camp fire strummer.
