From the initial approach, the negotiations & nitty gritty .. the Rock Inn chaps were courteous, receptive & helpful. The used guitar industry can be a treacherous task to navigate .. I am confident in Rock Inn’s integrity. Though located on the opposite seaboard Curtis & Shaun took the worry out of the packing & shipping logistics. (Thankfully a fantastic carrier was used). The precious delicate vintage acoustic guitar was received safely & in a most timely manner (it is now my new “go-to” instrument). A follow up package of bits-n-bobs for the guitar saved me from having to source them elsewhere. I’m really happy & am mulling further business with them. Thoroughly recommended .. cheers for now.
