Honestly ,I'd never heard of tech shack…

Honestly ,I'd never heard of tech shack before, I ordered a gimbal online and the order was referred to tech shack. I then did a quick review and found some very negative comments, so I wanted to cancel the order, I checked with my bank , as paid by card, and they assured me that tech shack was not in their scam list. I then decided to email them direct to cancel. Within minuets I received a call from Monica, and she reassured me the item was of a good quality. Monica also reassured me by saying if I wasn't satisfied, to return item for a full refund, I was happy to continue, and am presently surprised by the item. I want to thank Monica for her support and rate Tech Shack as a highly recommended company, with amazing technical support

Superb Customer Service

I ordered a video doorbell from TechSchack which arrived promptly. As I unpacked the parts and read the instructions I realised that the item was way beyond the functionality that I needed. I decided to return the item on 27th December 2024 and from that point, the level of customer service I received from Monica was exceptional, bearing in mind that this was during the Festive holiday period. The item was returned and the refund received by 8th January 2025. I have to mention that Monica went above and beyond during this process by sending me an email at 21.45 on New Year's Day! Thanks again Monica for all your help, it is greatly appreciated.

Brilliant customer service

I foolishly ordered a cordless vacuum cleaner without reading the reviews first! They were terrible, so I sent an email and asked if I could cancel my order and have a refund. Monica replied and said I could try the cleaner first and return it if we weren't satisfied or otherwise we could just cancel and have the refund. We opted for the refund because as I said to her, we are pensioners and I didn't want the hassle of having to return it. Monica sent a lovely email back saying that it was no problem and so she cancelled the order and refunded our money. If only all companies were like that! Many thanks again Monica

Excellent customer support! I have seldom been treated in such a professional yet extremely friendly manner by any firm. I was given the right advice for what I bought and everything was basically handled for me. Airpurcare 3-in-1 (46 inch)

This is a brief review of the Airpurcare 3-in-1 (46 inch) air purifier / cooler with separate heater function. Thank you to Monica, who provided excellent customer service. The unit cleared a 'musky' smell from a room in only 12 hours. Using the purifier / cooler on full blast. The unit only produced a sound of 55dB to 60dB. Between £0.02 and £0.03 per hour to run in this setting. There are eight fan speeds in total. When set to heating mode the unit will kick in when the temperature, at ground level, reduces to the digital preset level. There are three settings, the heat is the same, but the airflow increases with each setting. This machine will heat the air evenly by projecting it into the room. As the hot air rises you'll achieve a higher chest height temperature, than at ground level. As it only draws the full 2kw when first turned on, it tends to settle at between 1.2kw to 1.5kw. So is costing between £0.30 to £0.35 per hour to run. Although to maintain a stable temperature, the unit might only kick in for ten minutes each hour. The filters are washable and easily replaced. The machine is good quality. Although light enough to easily be moved. Can perfectly fit into a corner and project the required type of air (hot or cold) evenly across the whole room. Highly recommended machine, provided by a company that provides excellent customer service.

Great support

I had an issue with the drone battery after the purchase. Techshack dealt with it straight away. Monica was great over the phone, sending me a replacement free of charge and also explaining what might have potentially caused the issue.
