Absolute scammers dont trust this website to get secure buying advice i just hope my bank can secure back my funds. Monica is a deceiving liar. Stay well clear of these adept charlatans. I was told i would receive the item in 7-10 business days, i was provided no tracking , then a set convoluted responses arrived by email explaining the items had been returned twice and still no tracking. The whole shipping story was false. No item arrived at all. The response below cleverly disguises the deception that i have experienced. Trade at your own risk , be warned.

I purchased a Drone from the Tech-Shack website. The following day I emailed them with a query that I may have orderded the wrong model. Within hours I received an email confirming I had orderded the correct model and received a follow up phone call from a lady called Monica the following day. Unfortunately a few days later I had to cancel the order and sent them an email to this effect. The following day I received an email to inform me the order had been cancelled and another email informing me my refund was on the way. They gave a friendly, helpful and professional service and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again if the need arose.
