Krista was an excellent help in the purchasing of the flooring. She even contacted me to help me reduce the costs on my quote by helping me choose a more suitable flooring choice. Install was quick and efficient. If I had one concern it was that all the loose fibers on the carpet had to be vacuumed up after the installers left- I had just assumed this would be done but maybe I'm mistaken.

Install team was fabulous, our salesman needed . . . something, we had to call him to see if he was coming for appointment, twice. Once he just didnt show up at all(supposed to be our final appt) and our final appt he came an hour early. Really nice guy but . . . . Would I choose them again . . . YES!

Good workers. covered the area of roughly 3 kids bedrooms. Were able to deal improvised building that was not quite up to code.

All went superbly except that no power stretcher was used, even in a 31' room. I just know this will pose a problem down the road.
