We worked with Lori for our home renovation. She provided excellent recommendations for all our flooring and tiling needs. She called when she said she would and her follow through in all areas was superb. Dealing with different trades can be frustrating, however, the installation crew that showed up to install our floors were fabulous!! They were super friendly, respectful, and presented themselves and the company very well. Best group I have dealt with by far.

Laurie was exceptional in her ability to recommend colours, styles and product! We did have some concerns at time of hardwood install but all worked out and our house looks Fabulous!!!
