All staff were polite,helpful and prompt in answering my questions and getting what I needed done and the job was done well.

Krista was amazing throughout the process. We were in and out of the store almost on a daily basis, collecting samples and generally picking her brain. Herman and Derek (installers) were a delight. They were always in a great mood, and went way beyond expectations to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Ten thumbs up to the whole store!

Nathan and his son installed our floors and they did an excellent job. Kept us up to date on the progress at all times. All of the people that have seen his work have given very high praise on the finished product. Even a developer working on the next property was very impressed with the work and finished appearance of the hardwood flooring.
