Sales rep Alex was extremely helpful from the beginning. He identified our needs, provided knowledgeable information regarding products and installation, and coordinated our two step project of both flooring and tile work. He worked diligently to ensure we were completely satisfied. All the installers were friendly, courteous, professional and skilled. We are very happy with the final result and would not hesitate to recommend their services or to use them again.

Excellent sales staff. Went over and above and brought samples to my residence when I was unable to get to the showroom. Installer was very friendly and efficient. Very happy with the quality of my product. I will use them again for replacing other flooring in my home.

They did not show up on the dates that we confirmed, they showed up the following week which delayed my renovation, and cost me more money in carrying costs. Then the installers refused to clean up after themselves and told me, the home owner, it was my responsibility to clean up after them. Then without my authorization they tried to charge my credit card the final balance, instead of asking me how i would like to pay the balance. I did not have a good experience with this company at all!

The job was done as scheduled and the installer did a great job of cleaning as he worked. We are very happy.

Expected the job to be completed as quoted but the contractor changed what was going to be done near the end of the project without consultation with us. After discussion they completed the job quoted but rather frustrating when living far from job site
