This all happened two years ago. Never received reimbursement for shipping fee or floor tiles damaged in shipment. Shipment didn’t arrive by date promised which caused huge delay in our move. Rachel and Chris stopped taking my calls and answering my emails. Still furious in Iowa, Molly

It’s Been 3 Years or more but Regal Floors Saved me 8000 dollars compared to any other supplier. My choice was Daltile, orchard grey in three different width(6”8”and. 12”). To make the pattern Regal had to tell us how many boxes of each. Also we added a half of wall in our 8Ft Kitty Closet! I am ready for more Reno on a new, old House! I’ll be back.

Won’t ever use these shady cats again. This company doesn’t live up to their word and will do whatever they can to throw you under the bus and even threaten me personally. Will never recommend them nor buy from them again.

It would have been five stars because I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of all involved, but would have appreciated being asked whether I wanted the glue down product or the click and lock, floating type of the same flooring. Because I was not asked and didn't know there were two types (the click and lock was the only one I'd been shown in a showroom), I had to spend nearly $2000 to send back a product that won't work in our home (return shipping plus 25% restocking fee.). I've now ordered the correct product from Regal because it's a good business, and I especially like working with Leo, who was very helpful in finding a solution that would give me some refund on the original purchase.

Everything arrived on time as promised without any issued or broken tiles. Everything looks great! I would advise that you compare between local first as I realized after I placed my order that it would have cost me about the same or less. Regal is competitive and probably would have had met their price but had already signed the contract.
