Ordered 700 sq ft of Emser SL507 GoldenGreen Calibrated/Gauged & Honed 16x16 for our master bathroom. One man, I can't remember if it was CW or someone else, said he even had it on his porch, because it is so skid-proof and durable. When it arrived, it was clearly not the same stone. The whole feel and texture was different. The surface of the one I ordered was smooth and the tile was thick and very heavy. The one I got was rough and thin, even broke when you stepped on it, not at all what you would put on a porch. When I advised Regal Floor or the discrepancy, they said, (and this quote is copied from an email CW of Regal Floors sent me April 25, 2018, from Emser Customer Service.... "you are also correct in your observation that slate is a natural stone which varies greatly from shipment to shipment. in addition, slate is one of the most highly variable stones in that the piece to piece variation within one batch or order is extremely high—with extreme lights and darks of any particular color, and multiple colors included in any given order. here is a screenshot of the order number, with the product description. it does show that the product you reference in your e-mail is the product that was shipped." It is clearly the same product number, but not the same product!! I have pictures of my sample and what they sent me, they are clearly not the same stone.

I love my floor and couldn’t be more pleased with my hardwood floors. I will be buying more from them. They saved us several thousand dollars.

Great pricing and customer service. I'm a contractor and on 2000sqft of hardwood they beat my local supplyhouse by 25% and had the exact material and color available. Have sent others their way and have used many times for larger jobs

Will never buy from this company again. After spending in excess of $50,000. on flooring in the last year, got a quote on a new residence and Regal was not competitive , so, rather than accept that , salesperson was upset, and said he would never quote me on another project.
