This company is fantastic! I ordered my tile all the way from Montana and promptly received the wrong color. I made a phone call to them and to my surprise they wanted to expedite my flooring to me before getting the tile sent in error back!!! Now that is customer service at its finest:). I had the correct tile in four days and LOVE IT! Not one tile was damaged or broken:). Super company! Thanks to everyone including the manager even who took my calls!

I was very disappointed when I had finish issues after installing the floor that Regal Flooring was dismissive and rude. The owner/manager almost mocked me for selecting the flooring I had selected. Funny, when I ordered the flooring I ordered he applauded my choice and assured me it was a great company for high end hard wood and that it had a great reputation.

We absolutely love our flooring! Appreciate the price we got and overall very satisfied!
