Had a bad experience with them two years ago and they have yet to resolve the issue. Now they just ignore me. I gave them a year to fix but have zero luck. I will pay anywhere else for better service.

Had the flooring I was looking for.

We were building a new home in Hawaii and after checking prices around town, check out what it would take to ship it in from the mainland. Found Regal Floor Covering carrying the exact same brands at a much more reasonable price. Of course we had to freight forward the item ourselves, but even with the shipping cost, we still came out ahead than buying it locally.

The vendor they hired to deliver the flooring (and their subcontractor) were unreliable and untrustworthy. The shipment of flooring traveled around on several trucks and was lost in a warehouse before it was actually delivered. Then the subcontractor that brought the flooring to my residence was unable or unwilling to get up my driveway so they dumped the flooring by the side of the road almost 1/4 mile from my house. In the process of it being shipped around to various places it clearly had forklift damage. It also sustained damage being dumped by the side of the road. No on was around to sign for the shipment, so the subcontractor forged the documents and claimed to have a signature. Regal stood by the delivery company and refused any help in getting the damaged boxes replaced, despite the fact that the delivery company couldn't produce a signature or even say who had signed. I would highly recommend you don't buy flooring here because of the shoddy delivery contractors that they use.
