Boho Beach hut would not give me refund on a dress I purchased during covid lockdown. They agreed to give me store credit. Their selection is very limited and why would I shop there, when there are much better stores who give full refund on returns. I will never shop from this site again!

Firstly, NO Returns… learn it too late. Secondly, the fabric is so sheer and cheap that after one day was not good anymore…products it is so different from advertisement; bottom line: don’t buy! Not worth a $1….

I ordered from this company and knew better but I did it anyway. They delivered my package to a different zip code. Their customer service is not answering my request for a refund. Now I have to dispute this purchase that I never received with my credit card company. BEWARE! They are not a U.S. company. FRAUD!!

I researched this site before ordering but not well enough. It is not a Sparks Nevada company. It is a Chinese company. I ordered on May 27th and I didn't receive it until June 27. Yet my credit card got charged immediately before it had even shipped. I had to make a payment on my credit card before I had received the items. I emailed their support multiple times and while extremely nice and friendly, it didn't speed up the delivery. I actually thought I had been completely scammed. When it finally came and I opened up the main package, I quickly noticed that the 2 packages inside had shipping labels from China. Which is why it took so long to get here. The quality is very poor. I assumed a white beach coverup would be cotton but it's not. It's a super thin polyester. There are absolutely no tags on the clothes with washing instructions or material content and you can't tell the front from the back on two of the items I ordered. Also the hem on the beach coverup is frayed and not folded over with a 1/2 inch hem as it should be. I also noticed that on their Facebook page reviews it is all 5 star reviews which I'm sure were planted there. Very disappointed at the quality of the items and time it took to get the order. I wouldn't have ordered had I known it was coming from China as I wanted the items for a vacation and was looking for cotton.

I just received my first order from Boho and I LOVE it. I'm leaving for vacation Sunday and can't wait to bring my new summer beach lace tank! Its just like pictured in catalog, so summery and pretty!

Purchased a dress which I thought would fit me per the bust and waist measurements on the site but when I received the product the sleeves were way too tight. I went to return the product and was informed I would not be receiving a refund but store credit or an exchange (at this point it’s too late since the event I bought it for has passed) and I had to pay shipping which ended up costing 10$. So now I am out $50 and nothing I want to buy from this site.. poor poor communication

If I could give this place negative star I would. They are terrible! I received my dress after a month or so after ordering. The dress was the wrong color and the material of a 90's children's halloween costume. I asked to return my item and it is only for store credit! Nobody should buy anything from them! Terrible products!!

Terrible. I will never order from them again. Fake company trying to look legit. I ordered a beach coverup top. It took 2 months to receive it after calling them multiple times. And when I got it, it looked nothing like the picture. It was cheap and hideous. I will never wear it. A total waste of money! Buyer beware! Do not purchase from this company. I wish I could give no stars.

Horrible! Buyer beware. The products are cheap. Not worth $1.99. Go to Walmart - it will definitely be much higher quality than Boho Beach Hut. Once you get fooled and want to return their product - they refuse to take it back - only issuing you a store credit. Why would I buy anything else?! They also don't truthfully advertise their return policy. This store is scam and they are continuing to get away with it.

I absolutely loved the sunglasses and they had such great quality to them. I’m in love with the color and how dark they are. Definitely a must for the beach to feel like a beach babe!
