I ordered a swimsuit cover up. It was exactly what I'd been looking for. It took two weeks for an order to arrive. I say "an" order because the I was sent the wrong item. I'm two weeks out from leaving on my vacation, so I immediately send an email including my order number and photos of what I received and what I really ordered. I asked if they could please get what I ordered to me in time for my vacation, if not, I needed to return at no cost to me. I heard back within 24 hours and I was asked to send photos to verify. Hmmm, I thought I did that. I was also asked to send a photo of the label on the package. The only label there is was the shipping label. I heard nothing all day, so I resent that night. I heard back asking for photos to verity. Verify what? I'd already sent photos three times. They have an order number, look something up! I'm on day three of this saga with no resolution, just a bunch of back-and-forth. The incorrect item I did receive is nice. It looks just like the photo. I would have kept it and reordered the item I really wanted, except the style isn't suited for my shape, which I knew, which is the reason I didn't order that item in the first place.

Horrible ! False advertising ,items are nothing like on the pictures , very hard to return. Don’t get excited over this website , very cheap clothing for a lot of money. Unfortunately i learned the hard way

Product takes a little while to get, but worth the wait. My items fit great, even looked better in person and the customer service was great!!

I first made an order of two dresses. First of all the delivery took 3 weeks. When it arrived it was nothing like the pictures. I sent it back and it took another two weeks to get credit on account for them to through (you can’t get your money back!!! Only online store credit) so I bought a pair of jeans. On the website it looks like really nice quality denim pants. Nothing like that in real life. It’s cheap material. The only tag it has inside the pants is made in China - also I choose an XL even though I’m a Large. This XL is more like a medium. I can’t fit them. I also bought some shorts. Same situation! I bought those in a XXL and they are more like a size small/medium! Can’t fit them at all! These two products took them a MONTH to sent to me! Not going to make another return just for me to wait another 2 months for them to get through my online store credit and then deliver another package of cheap looking products that won’t fit at all.

Bought some shorts on April 27th, received May 21st. So ridiculous that they CLAIM to have US shipping facilities and use international last. That’s bullpoop! The shirts wouldn’t even fit a child and I’m always a medium. Couldn’t even get these up my thighs. I’m 5’7” 140 pounds. Read the return policy, emailed them about the return policy and they only give store credit or exchange. So I’m going to have to eat the $45 or wait another month to get something else. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The only thing good is their customer service. Always gotten back to me within a day. *got an email to edit my review or it wouldn’t be “trusted”. So here’s my edit. This is real review.

Ordered an item 4/18 and received it 5/22 so clothing is not likely already in US. You'll have to wait for the slow boat from China. Material is not as described. It's a beach cover, but when/if you get it wet from normal use, it will be extremely heavy and uncomfortable. Not sure anyone would actually use it as a cover on the beach. Return policy only offers to exchange or store credit. I should have read the return policy and will never buy from this company again.

I had a great experience with this company. I had ordered a pair of sunglasses that unfortunately got lost. The customer service replied quickly and effeciently. I was offered a refund or a replacement pair. I chose the replacent pair and they sent a new pair quickly with a new tracking number. I recieved the package and the quality of these sunglasses are better than some of my name brand pairs.

Extremely poor quality. Sizes are very inaccurate and it is all very cheaply made. What a disappointment!

Awesome site. I have several items from BO HO Beach Hut. I love their uniqueness. I ordered 2 necklaces and can't wait to wear them out. I don't like to be like everyone else and BO HO gives me the option to be different in the way I dress. I always get compliments.

The product is advertised is made in the USA and What you receive is cheap China crap. They mark up the price and resell it! Do not buy from this company
