Bought a dress that looked super cute online but immediately upon opening the box knew it was going back, it looked so cheap and nothing like the photo online. In order to return you pay a 15% restocking fee, shipping and receive store credit only. So, order an ivory summer sweater... thinking that’s something that should work ( don’t want to return again and pay another 15 %). Well well, the sweater arrives with holes in it and pulls... literally wouldn’t pay $3 for it at Savers. Put it in the trash and not even seeking return, just not worth dealing with this company.

The clothes look beautiful in the catalog, but what you receive is very thin material and shapeless. Also, they only issue store credit, not a credit to your cc and charge a restocking fee for returned items, plus you pay the return shipping. Everything is at least 2 sizes too small. Not happy.

Poor quality, return policy include restocking fee and you pay the return shipping. Clothing material cheap and jewelry cheap quality. Spend 100.00 for junk and not worth returning due to the fees and shipping cost. Never again. Everything came from China.

Buyer Beware. Do not buy from this company. I wouldn't give them any stars but couldn't write a review without it. The clothes took forever and they were nothing like what was advertised. This place is a scam and it operates under a fake US disguise. I spent over $250 and the items were basically trash. I was not able to return the items! The response says I was but I was not! They are lying! Also this was two yrs ago that I purchased from them. Why now are they just asking for clarity? Do not buy from them I promise you will regret!

The quality of the dress was poor, took forever to get and am still waiting the "acceptance" of my return. I highly suggest not buying anything from this company.

I live in ohio, it's boring and cold, we are taking a 20 person family vacation to the beach for a week and I've lost 60lbs, I got a long beautiful floral dress that flows beautifully I'm 5f3in and am 160lbs and a small D cup, I got a size large I was so excited when I received the package because the only place to shop here is walmart...yuk I put it on and twirled and my husband (of 30 y) says wow The customer service was great and it only took a week to get it Thank you so much

It’s a China company. Packages take forever and they come direct from China with Chinese labels. Clothing quality was what you get on SHEIN or WISH. Boho Beach Hut is charging so much for these super cheap clothes that you actually think it wouldn’t be a scam. I mean when I see a pretty, button detailed boho maxi dress online for $17.99 I know it’s a knockoff from China. But I ordered three dresses that were each over $45, thinking it would be legit. They are polyester, sewn very cheaply, fit terribly, and smell strongly of chemicals. I’m not even bothering to get my $145 store credit (no refunds of course) because I don’t want anything else from the store. Just go with your gut. What you receive will not look like the photos - at all. I just don’t understand why a US company would want to rip people off day in and day out by outsourcing crappy products from China. Why do you want to be that person? Start a legitimate clothing shop - have some respect for yourselves. I read the “about us” section for Boho Beach Hut and it’s laughable. They mention China as one of the places they get their products but throw in a bunch of other countries that don’t trigger red alerts like China does for the US. Nice try...I’m guessing it’s something like 99% China products and 1% everywhere else based on reviews I read. Anyway - don’t buy from here. They won’t be around long I’m sure anyway, like the rest of the sham companies.

I ordered a boho dress from this company and I was very satisfied with my purchase. I’m so glad I read everyone’s reviews suggesting to size up. Per the recommendations I sized up two sizes and it fits as I expected it to. It took a little bit of time to get the item shipped to me but on their website it does warn against shipping times as they get their products from different locations. I’d say it took about 2 weeks so really not bad at all! My dress is absolutely gorgeous and I will be purchasing from this company again!

I totally agree with all the negative reviews. The dress looked nothing like the picture. Poor quality and poor fitting. Plus no one answers the customer service phone number listed. I should have read the reviews before I placed the order. Lessons learned. Will never buy anything from this company. Also with 15% restocking fee and pay for the shipping on the return. They only offer store credit or exchange when you process the returns which was not listed in the returned policy document online. It's misleading and unlawful.

Terrible quality I returned the dresses because when I tried the first one on the belt pulled right off. They were definitely not worth a penny. When I sent pictures,the belt was CLEARLY not attached and the CS said she didn't see it. Poor quality, terrible material and cheaply made. They charged me a restocking fee for cheap and broken products. Do not buy from them! It's a rip off! I would give them 0 stars if I could!
