DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM FROM ANYWHERE ONLINE!!!! I made a purchase from this company a couple of months ago and yes Terrible items, look nothing like the picture online, when I raised a complaint and showed them photos of the item against the online photo they came back and said it didn't look bad!! It was horrendous and I can't wear it I am afraid you may not choose the size according to our size chart I was trying to return this dress back I was looking for the company's help and I finally found this help WITCHES.𝐹𝑜𝓊𝓇𝒵𝑒𝓇𝑜 𝒮𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓃 seven6eight four zero one one. I REACH THE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT WAS GREAT AND THEY FINALLY PROVIDE ME A RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS SO THAT I CAN MAKE A RETURN OF THIS CHEAP LOOKING, GARBAGE DRESS BACK TO THE COMPANY This was the first time I have ever purchased online from this COMPANY and this will be the last time. I no longer even have any interest in shopping at their store after they pulled this crap.

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a dress Jan 13, contacted company several times and did not receive item until Feb 22. What I received was a cheap bad fitting excuse of a dress. I asked to return it and they claim you must return items within 45 days at own expense for store credit only. I will never do business with this company again. I wish I had researched them prior. The bad reviews are everywhere.

ZERO STARS! THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! They make it so that they look like they are an American company but its CHINA! And since its from China i expect their crap to be cheap - just like the quality it is. Crap and Cheap! But its not cheap. The quality of the times is absolute junk! Looks nothing like the pictures. TOTALLY MISLEADING! They take 3 months to get you something, they wont allow you to cancel your order once you find out this is china crap. STRAIGHT UP REFUSE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER! Items sent back. Then they will refuse to refund you! I have been arguing with them for 5 months! LYING THIEVING SHADY STEALING CRAP COMPANY! Do yourslef a favor and order from somewhere else! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

DO NOT BUY BOHO One of the worst and most bizarre online shopping experiences of my life. Ordered leg warmers for my wife. It took over a month to get to me. Opened them and they reeked of chemicals and were overall a terrible quality. Notified Boho a few weeks later and they refused the return. SCAM COMPANY

Ordered this dress, which is listed under maxi dresses, on the site. I’ll admit I didn’t read the fine print that says the dress is in fact a midi. However, the dress I received isn’t the dress they are advertising and they won’t make it right. My only option is to return for in store credit. I was also told the length would vary by height, obviously, but I’m 5’5 and the seams of the dress hit in all the wrong places. Literally, the seam runs across my pelvis. I’ve attached photos of what I thought I ordered and what I received. The description and the dress pictured on the website also state the dress has buttons...not a button one on the dress I received. I’m very disappointed with the purchase and the customer service! The dress I received is not a $55 dress!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. If I could rate a zero I would. Ordered my wife a cardigan for Christmas and had to do early for it to arrive in time. When she opened it it was not the same item she asked for from their site. Cheap and too small. Had to pay to ship back and now they are saying that the item is over their 45 day return policy which is BS. They also want me to pay to have it mailed back to me which is definitely not happening. Customers be wary of these charlatans.

First time buying at Boho Beach Hut, but will definitely buy again and a lot!!! Awesome clothes, great quality, fit very well, size matches, best customer service I ever had, if like me you like gems unique beautiful clothes that blow people away then Boho Beach Hut is your new go to!!!

I have to say Boho Beach Hut has great customer service. They respond fast to any questions you have. My orders always arrive when they are supposed to. I am kept updated of shipping and/or shipping issues as we all know have happened during this crazy time. I appreciate the feedback and will continue to order from Boho Beach Hut.

Don’t waste your money or time! I ordered the dress that says one size - it didn’t fit me (size M). The dress also doesn’t look anything like on the picture! Then you have to go through the hassle of returning it. I had to write an email why I wanted to return it, they had to review it; thankfully they approved.. but! They charge 15% restocking fee when you return AND you pay for shipping it back to them!!!!! So stupid. Oh and they send you an email a week later after you ordered the item - saying they will give you 30% off you give them a 5(!!!!!!) star review only. That’s why they have such high reviews on their website.

I placed my order on December 5th. I received one item in my order on December 23rd and the other item was delivered on January 6th. Both were shipped from China. The dress I ordered was way to small. I’m not even going to try shipping it back. Don’t waste your money!
