So, I ordered a whole bunch of things, but the most important piece was the dress. Unfortunately, that was what came last. It was lost in the mail, but the company replaced my dress at no charge. Customer Service was pretty great. Christina replied to me within 24 hours. Everything I ordered was actually quite cute (bohemian jewelry), but the dress was so lovely! I only wore it while on Zoom, but I already got many compliments. It was worth the wait, so I decided to order the same dress in another color. I hope I don't have to wait months for it to arrive.

Horrible! Quality of the merchandise is poor, when you finally receive it! Im still waiting for my order to be complete, 2 months later. If I knew it was being shipped from China, I never would have ordered it. Save your money and aggravation, and shop else where!

Garbage Save yourself time and aggravation and swipe left on this store. Everything comes directly from China via slow boat. The quality was horrible. The cheapest crap you can imagine. Then, when you try to return it, you’re hit with a 15% restocking fee, that is IF you ever get your refund. I’ve been waiting over 30 days for mine. boho beach hut, you suck!

Update....after almost 2 months, I only received ONE of the three items that I ordered. It was so cheaply made that I would never attempt to wear it! Terrible experience!!!!! Do not order from this company as it’s a TOTAL SCAM!!!

I’m so satisfied with my purchases. Not only that but the dresses are gorgeous and they’re well-fitted. They’re becoming my favorite dresses. Thank you. Shipping is a little long though.

Love boho hut. For those that think receiving their orders, they do state may take a little while as their clothes come from every where. I don’t feel that my order took long arrive

I ordered Boho Beach Hut and I love it. Very beautiful and cozy dress. My sister wants to buy the same dress. The delivery takes about a month. But I understand that “because of COVID” and everything works slowly. I will recommend this store for my friends too.

I placed an order with Boho Beach Hut which was extremely delayed. I did some research online and saw many unfavorable reviews claiming that the store was a scam. I reached out to them with concern and received an email back, in less than a day, telling me that they in fact were a real store and my order was on the way. I was still skeptical and ended up reaching out many times. Christina was kind and reassuring every single time. I was sharp and firm, she was sweet and considerate. Due to the "pandemic", shipping for my order was incredibly slow. Please know that if you order from this store, your order will take longer than you think it should, but they are in fact a legitimate store. If you have patience, you will be happy with your purchase and with the customer service. Kindness goes a long way in our hurting world - Thank You Christina - for being patient and sweet!
