I am so pissed!! I wish I had checked the reviews prior to spending my money as well! None of my shipping is updating and I am being told to be patient. The smart move that I made is that I ordered through PayPal who will issue an immediate refund for non-receipt of items.

I ordered in March. I have written to BBH 3 times. I too have had the same lip service and bull. I’m not patient any longer. I want a refund now. They’ve blamed Covid, I’ve been given a tracking number which hasn’t helped me one bit, and when I asked the rep directly about it, she said once it left China it was ‘out of their hands.‘. I’ve been patient! I either want a dress that they can get to me NOW or a refund before I start writing all over the internet!! I hate scammers!!! M Lafayette Thompson

Ordered 2 items 5/8. dress came on 5/30 it is not a one size fits all as described - it is a size 4 at best! Needed approval for return and I am being charged a restocking fee and return charges to ship. still haven't received 2nd item. tracking on product shows NO movement. Asked for a refund and was told to be patient. I will never order from BOHO Beach Hut Again!! All items have now been received - as for the return, it has been 28 days since they received the item per the tracking number and I still haven't been refunded!!!

I order my stuff about 50 days ago and was wondering how much longer it will take to get here

Edited to add in response to their reply: no the items were NOT delivered, in fact one still shows in transit, I won’t waste my time looking at the other. Also, please don’t reply with lies if you also have to email me for the order Information. They only get one star, bc I can’t give them 0! Awful! There is no where that they say shipping could take so long. I placed my order on April 30. One piece is coming from China, no mention until I ask for tracking (they make it seem like they have it on their wharehouse) and the other piece who know where it is, still doesn’t show shipped! They are a fake front store. They don’t have items on hand. They are up charging for items that come from places like aliexpress and then have them shipped directly to the buyer. The issue with this is they make it appear they are a California boutique store, when in reality they are based in Nevada and don’t have the product! Awful experience and I will warn everyone I can!

On May 5, 2020 I made an order that I thought was coming from Neveda. After placing the order and saw the tracking from China I was immediately angry. I still haven’t received anything and it’s still showing in China. I have very little faith that I will ever get my order and I will be out $137 dollars. Update - June 12 - still no order. Still in China!

I am very disappointed. I ordered from them thinking they are a US based company. I just got my tracking information and it is coming from China, I would not have ordered from them if I knew their products are coming from overseas. I hope I get my purchase, we shall see.

💗 my floral print long sleeve Boho dress I received the other day! I want this it in short sleeve and tank dress. I will be ordering more from this site. I inadvertently had ordered the same dress from Amazon in April and still have not received the item, and Boho Beach Hut shipped out dress quickly and no delays with receiving my purchase. Excellent customer service! I will be ordering more items from this site very soon as they will be my go to dresses for traveling, working from home and casual dinners.
