I ordered one dress from this website. After not receiving a shipping estimate I started to get worried. After reading reviews I knew the experience was going to be rough. The dress shipped from China in about 3 weeks. I do wish they would’ve been up front on timing as I ordered the dress for scheduled pictures and it did not come in on time. When the package did arrive it was on par with the reviews. The size was completely off and the quality was less than impressive. It was a very cheap material that almost looked like a dress slip as it is essentially see through. Website pictures look great, but since quality is nothing like the pictures I will never be a returning customer. First negative review I’ve left on any website.

I ordered 2 items on 8/29 and finally received 1 of them on 9/29. That’s a long wait for an item that was of poor quality in material and stitching. It shows so differently in photos and is a cheap “knock-off”. No where near worth the price I paid. I called and wrote for a refund so we’ll see what happens but highly disappointed and I haven’t received the second item yet!

Took 40 days to arrive and the dress is nothing like what it looks like on the website. It says Polyester and Spandex as the material, but it’s more like a thicker plastic bag. I wanted to return it, but the cost to give it back is almost as much as the dress cost in the first place. I wouldn’t buy anything from them again.

I ordered from BoHo Beach Hut in June of 2020. As of today's date 9/24/2020 I finally got a resolution for my return of items that ultimately took a few months to receive. I was given excuse after excuse why I hadn't received my refund; I had to return all items for a refund; returned clothing was on hold for quarantine for 2 weeks due to Covid 19; to "your bank has a hold on the funds", just to name a few. My bank came through and refunded the money I spent. My suggestion is do not do business with this company. In my personal opinion they are not to be trusted, and have extremely poor business practices. "Buyer beware".

Do not listen to the reviews stating that Boho Beach Hut is a scam—it is not. I’m a real person, and I almost got scared-off reading reviews calling BBH a scam. However, I received my dress in 15 days, which is pretty darn good for international shipping during Covid. When I inquired about my order, a real person, Christina, responded within 24 hrs. REPEAT: do not listen to reviews calling this company a scam. They’re honest, helpful folks and their dresses are adorable. (That said, my dress (M) ran a pinch on the small side in the bust, so I’m going to exchange it for a L.) I confirm this is real review and I’m a genuine satisfied customer!

Online Purchasing is risky these days with many scammers out there, however Boho Beach Hut delivers the goods they sell. Christina supplies contact details and delivers after sales service. I ordered jewellery and ankle boots and I am pleased to say they all arrived (albeit individually) looking just like the images on the website. They offer discounts to boost sales during this difficult economic time and we are all just trying to stay afloat so only read reviews that appear genuine. Repeat reviews with different names are not genuine. You will wait longer than usual for your purchase to arrive but shipping involves many different companies so patience is required during Covid. I am enjoying my purchases immensely.

This website is a SCAM!!!! I bought several items, everything was AWFUL!! Its not what it looks like on line at AT ALL. Material is cheap, poorly made and they make it impossible to return their items. Sizes are not what they say and the pattern looks NOTHING like the picture. The phone number for Customer Support is 855 number which is impossible to get thru. This is so upsetting that they misadvertise so grossly. SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

I purchased 2 dresses a month ago and received only one. The dress pattern was not even close to the web sight. The material looks very cheap ... not worth the money paid. No email of purchase and no invoice in the mailing. Called the customer service number and it is not in service. Tried another number a different reviewer posted and that's not in service either. Extremely disappointed

The “dress” I received looked NOTHING like the one I received. When I contacted them, they replied with this “Each item is photographed to its very best to display accurate colors, measurements and patterns. Please beware that various computer/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in pattern/color.” They are not even close! They are no even the same pattern as pictured. They are a complete scam. The “dress” is so cheaply made it may last wearing it once! They ship from so far away once you pay shipping fees and 15% restocking it really makes it not even worth the return. I chose the store credit but there is nothing I want, bc it won’t look like the pic and it takes forever (at least a month to get it)

Stay AWAY from Boho Beach Hut. It will take about 2 months to get your order. Then when it does arrive, you will receive a poor quality product. I ordered a beachcover and the sleeves are 2 different sizes! I took a picture and sent it to their customer service asking for a refund. If you call you get an answering machine and if you leave a message no one calls you back. Update... I received an email stating I will receive a refund. It took a few days, but I see the credit pending at my bank.
