Highly Recommend! Pleasantly surprised! After waiting a couple of weeks for our samples to arrive we was excited to order - Kandla grey porcelain slabs! I read some mixed reviews in regards to broken slabs after delivery and only having 72 hours to report any damages. We placed our order and knew we had 3 weeks until our patio was being laid so we had a quick scan of the slabs but left them in the packaging until the day we started slabbing! We ordered 2 crates (80 slabs) 600 by 900! Not one slab was broken! Delivery was amazing! Ordered placed and delivered within 5 days! Our patio is beautiful and will follow on with a picture when the garden is finished! We are so glad we went with nustone as we saved £400 and the quality is amazing! we are so happy with our patio! Thank you nustone!

Delivery etc was great, unfortunately one large slab has numbers scratched on it,as I didn't see this when checked won't replace or refund for this unusable slab.So not a happy customer.

No complaints here really. Ordering process was perfect, slabs are a very good price. Delivery was delayed but that was the couriers fault. My only issue is the slabs are nothing like what's on screen. Riven Grey's are in fact beige. But I still like them. Packed well with minimal damages (just 1 in 200). Can't ask for any more really. Pleased.

Delivery company wouldn’t deliver due to access. This despite not being able to find it, so how they knew that the access was unsuitable is a mystery. Access to the property is perfectly ok. A very large wagon fully loaded with cement blocks & also a large redimix cement wagon have been able to access the property without issue. All in all, not very happy at having had to put the job due to cancellation of the order & having to source the material elsewhere. I also traveled 50 miles to the property to make sure that I was there on the delivery day & took time off work to do so. Further to my comments above, I happy to report that Nustone & their delivery partners resolved my issues & everything was fine in the end & I was very satisfied with their customer service.
