Terrible!! Ordered 4 crates of Indian sandstone. Delivery driver appeared unloaded 1 crate then said pallet truck was broken, will come back next day. Still waiting….. called Nustone who were zero help someone on the other line with broken English who couldn’t understand me! Then called delivery company they just keep saying will be there tomorrow. Never again will I use Nustone

ordered goods given delivery date ,waited in for delivery,did not show when i rang to find out what had happened to my order was told not sent out as was damaged ,try letting me know it was not going to arrive so i do not waste a day ,then told no more stock for at least six weeks ,happy to refund my payment but would take at least ten working days .we all know money trasfers can be done in one day!
