AVIOD AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST, If I could leave no stars I would. This company is outrageous they don’t deal with your issue correctly. I was blamed and told I have taken the wrong course, after being verbally abuse while I was driving. The driving instructor Colin was calling me stupid and swearing at me. This has knocked my confidence down and made me anxious whilst I was driving. I have sent a video evidence of the instructor admitting to swearing at me and instead they turned it around on me, stating I was arrogant, aggressive and not test ready. I have done my test once before I only intended to use the service as a refresher. They didn’t take accountability for any of the issue I have raised in my email to them. After paying £811, which consisted of 1 lesson of 4 hours ( I have paid for 15 +test) I only received £392 which is disgraceful. After reading the review below It’s evident that the company does not take accountability for their wrong doings and the managers have no customer service skills at all!!! I will be taking this further as what they are doing is wrong and unfair. Please find alternative company because this compay IS NOT THE ONE.

Prompt with administration and service with a smile. Instructor provided both the practical and human support needed to allow me to pass first time. Tottaly recommended

My instructor was first class. Good tuition and nice clean car. And the office team were able to fast track my test from July to March! Absolute first class service throughout.

Really good service, very easy to use

We signed up to Intensive Lessons only a week ago hoping for a cancellation at our local centre as we know the roads well. The previous test was a fail so we were very keen to get a quick test and local. Intensive Lessons have found us exactly what we want and so quickly !! other companies did not find what we wanted and we would always recommend to use Intensive Lessons 100% to anyone. I booked a beginner course. They got me an instructor and theory test within 2 weeks and once i passed theory within just a few more weeks they had a practical test all lined up for me. couldnt ask for more. A+++++
