Having previously failed with doing weekly lessons i knew i only needed a little assistance and a few hours to refresh my skills! Which this intensive course allowed me to do so!!

Booked a 45hr beginner course for my daughter. They managed to get her theory test in just 3 weeks whereas i couldnt find one for about 2 months and they started lessons within 2 weeks of booking. Definitely worth every penny if you want to pass quick and hassle free. Next year i'll be booking for my son's driving with them also.

I generally lack confidence when driving so i preferred female instructor which they were able to do even at short notice - so im personally very pleased with the service.

Overall satisfied with the service. Intensive Lessons were helpful in getting me booked in for a practical test ASAP but I had some problems with arranging driving lessons. My test was cancelled twice and had to be rescheduled as they were unable to find an instructor. Though I do have to say they were very quick in responding to all my queries and did not charge extra for the rescheduling.

I started with intense diving over year ago now,if honest I started to top up diary with some pupils from them but the work just came flooding in, I got paid by them well before course started bank transfer, you get sent the full details an online journal to update too of pupils, communication and responce promptly from intense driving too I would highly recommend intense to anyone as a parttime to top up of diary or full time I never looked back since joining them and I hope to spent rest of my career as an instructor on there books,highly recommended thanks for all the work you given me and future pupils..

Booked for a 5hour course with test and they got me test within 3 weeks and a good instructor. No complaints!

Intensive lessons booked my driving test before the booked my lessons. I was assured that this would not be a problem and I would have all of the lessons I booked prior to the test. they then booked all of my lessons within the week of the test, and when the instructor was not able to complete the lessons they refused to either rebook, or refund the test claiming it was outside of the 20 working days they need to cancel the test. except all of the lessons I paid for were booked by them within 10 days of the test, clearly leaving no opportunity to rearrange the test if something went wrong with the lessons.

Firstly, the good: - The service is easy to use, and the package options are clear - The phone service line gets you a real person relatively promptly, who behaves professionally (it seems that this business may be fully operated by just one person, unclear) - Emails sent to this service are also answered promptly And unfortunately, the bad: - Intensive Lessons is "just" a broker. You are not paying for any promise of a test date or any promise of a driving instructor. The broker is beholden to market conditions for both test availability and driving instructor. In the worst case (my case), you may wait the full queue length required for booking a test yourself online, only to have no instructor at all. This might happen to you twice. - Intensive Lessons will never contact you first unless they have a convenient test date and good news. From the customer's perspective, this is basically just a scam: you pay the deposit and then potentially never hear from the broker again. It is incredibly likely that you will not hear from Intensive Lessons for months at a time. - There is no transparency into the "system" that finds early test dates, leading one to believe that there's no system at all, and the broker is just refreshing the official gov webpage once a day hoping for cancellations. I am especially suspicious of this system because twice when I contacted the broker they miraculously "had a test date for me" that was 3 months away. This is just the normal queue length for booking everything yourself with no special system. - The broker may offer you a test date with no driving instructor, as happened to me. - The broker collects 5* reviews on trustpilot based on customer feedback for their *driving instructor*, which the broker has nothing to do with. - Intensive Lessons threatened to not refund my deposit after I received no affirmative service or proactive communications for over 6 months. When I demanded a refund, IL kept 35 pounds in "admin fees" which is conveniently hidden away in their Terms of service. Overall I appreciate that as a broker, IL are limited in what service they can provide. Nonetheless I cannot recommend this business due to the combination of poor communication, mismanaged trust, and no expectations that the business will do anything differently for the next victim.
