I would like to leave a good positive review because the remote ( BOSE 3-2-1 series III) type seems to be hard to find. After buying 2 units from other vendors that did not work, I bought from Remote Control World and it works beautifully ! All functions work perfectly on my Bose 3-2-1 series III after installing batteries, no other routine to perform. I strongly recommend these people for quality and effectiveness. And the price is also very reasonable with fast delivery to Canada.

Tras probar en tiendas de mi entorno con mandos universales para TV con malos resultados, probé con VAT Remote Control World. Solicité un mando de la marca original e indicado para mi modelo de TV. El pedido llegó en 7 días, precio adecuado y el mando es exacto al que vino en su día con la TV. Muy satisfecho con la compra.

No es una empresa seria la que te vende un producto que no funciona, ni la que te va pasando por varios técnicos que te piden la misma información una y otra vez, ni la que te exige costear los gastos de devolución, ni la que únicamente reembolsa dos días concretos al mes. Señores de Remote Control World, esto es Europa. Por si aún no se habían enterado.

Humax RM-l10U - Remote Control Replacement I contacted them by email as instructed on 7 July with details of the issue and what I've done to try to resolve it. That included downloading software and trying to re-programme the remote following their instructions. They said their technician was on holiday until 10 July. I contacted them by webchat on 11 July but support said they hadn't had the chance to speak to the technician about the issue. I should contact them today (12 July). When I contacted them today via webchat, support said they still hadn't had the chance to speak to the technician! I told them I would request a refund from PayPal, and they said that was my right. The deal to receive a refund from RCW was to return the faulty remote to the Czech Republic by International Track & Sign. When the remote is delivered, they would acknowledge receipt and refund the cost of the remote. They didn't! I tracked the delivery of the remote and it arrived on 27 July, yet RCW did not acknowledge receipt or refund my money. I called PayPal on 7 August, explained that RCW did not honour their side of the deal, and PayPal refunded my money yesterday (8 August). RCW has laughably sent an email today (9 August) apologising for the inconvenience and stating that I would be refunded within 14 days! RCW are very devious. The remote cost £18.75, so they asking me to return the remote to them by track and sign (£12.50) would cost me almost the price of the remote. Most people would not bother. They were counting on me to walk away, but I was determined that they would not get nearly £20 for a bum remote. I've got a new remote from an excellent UK company that worked immediately the moment I placed batteries in them! Their remote guide was in colour too, unlike RCW's. Case ID: PP-R-WLZ-489374862.
