REMOTE DOES NOT WORK AT ALL VERY BAD EXPERIENCE I bought the remote which arrived with no instructions what so ever.it should come with instructions but nothing I put batteries in the remote but ON OFF BUTTON STAYS ON BLUE and nothing happens. IT NEVER WORKED AT ALL and nothing but the blue light. They did not respond to my email. I have to use PAYPAL Also no instructions what soever It seems the paper in the envelope was for DENON RC 278 but I ordered DENON RC 279 as per my order details but the one Sent DENON RC 278 and was faulty. I have sent 3 emails and I received no replies at all UNBELIEVABLE I am really very disappointed. I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

Got this remote control for my Audionet P1. Have been using and it's working fine. Thanks a lot that I got a replacement which was lost.

Ordered a remote control from their website, even checked with them that I was ordering the correct one. When it arrived it did not work with my system, the remote was working but not talking to my system. After a few emails answering questions about various things and sending photographs of my system, and existing remote I receives some files and instructions on how to update the Remote Control software, this seems to have worked in the main but one command still not working, have conntacted supplier again and awaiy their response, but helpful so far.

My new remote that I received is ten times better than my old one, doesn’t get stuck at all.
