Die Lieferung ging fix und die Fernbedienung funktioniert super (radio3sixty). Alle Funktionen sind wirklich 1:1 wie auf der Original-Fernebdienung. Würde mir aber wünschen, dass der verwendete Kunststoff etwas hochwertiger, passgenauer und angenehmer von der Haptik wäre.

Never received the item
Never received the item, company is not responding. After shipping my item, the delivery company messed up the delivery and I didn't receive the remote. I followed up with Remote World and they (Jan) initially said they would investigate with the delivery company. I hear nothing and one week later I check in again. They say they'll resolve it "tomorrow". That's the last I heard from them. One week later, still nothing, I chase them up again, I hear nothing back. Since then I've followed up another two times via email, begging to either resend, or just give me a refund. Complete silence from the company. It's now two months later and I haven't heard from the company for 6 weeks. Hearing nothing from my emails, I spoke with the website customer service "chat" who was very sympathetic and said he'd arrange a refund after he talks with management. Never heard back. This is the worst experience I've ever had in buying online for 20 years, evidently this company is helpful when there aren't any problems but when there's a problem they just vanish. I see several other reviewers who also all say that this company just stops responding when things are difficult. So beware of this seller, they don't make themselves accountable. I will take action and unfortunately I'll have to buy my goods via platforms like Amazon where there is some kind of guaranteed accountability in case of problems. UPDATE - thanks for the response. However, it is two months since dispatch. Your customer (me) has contacted you repeatedly to say that the goods weren't received. The delivery company says "delivered to doorstep" and has not responded after six weeks to your queries for proof of delivery. At what point do you as a company take responsibility for your customer's experience, and simply take action, give a refund, and take action against the delivery company. Is two months long enough? Are you going to wait six months? A year? At what point do you draw the line? And in the meantime, are you going to communicate with your customer, or just ignore emails? This is my point, and I think you have misunderstood what customer service means. I have a contract with YOU, not with the delivery company. That contract required delivery, almost two months ago. Yet you keep hiding behind three words typed by someone on a tracker, as if that absolves you of responsibility to your customer. I need to order a new remote and I need clarity on whether you are giving me a refund or resending a product, this time with a more reliable courier. Hint - just give me a refund, I can't and shouldn't wait any longer.

Faulty Remotes with NO Customer Service !
I ordered a remote for Foxtel iQ2 - the first remote arrived and did the opposite of what you pressed. After a few emails & about a month later the company sent a second remote that worked okay .... for a MONTH. I now have TWO remotes that are totally useless and sadly are just going to landfill. I have contacted the company yet again but still have not heard back from them. In this day & age who has the time or energy for loads of emailing back and forth only to receive products that do not work. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.

Bogus Company
The remote I received never worked. Hours spent via emails and live chats. The remote is defective and can not be programmed. I'm a retired electronic technician and this remote can not be programmed due to the components that are not on this remote. Company will not respond anymore. What a scam. Do not buy from. Too risky!!!
