Two times they have sent me the wrong remote control. I asked for a fan remote control and two times they have sent me a TV remote control despite I sent them the reference number and pictures of the original remote control and the fan installed in the ceiling. Update 01/08/2023: as you can read in their answer below, they are ignoring the videos I sent them, placing the batteries and not working at all. I know what I ordered. A fan remote control does not have a mute volume button as the two different models you sent me. My "understanding" is that I've been scammed. I don't care about the money but I have the right to warn people about this misconduct. Update 04/08/2023: Ok. I will not lose my time anymore. You keep saying that it could be the batteries as if I were stupid. I've got two exact fans at home and the remaining remote works perfectly with both fans so the problem is obviously the remote you sent me (two times), not the receiver. I sent pictures of the remote and all labels and references you asked, I don't know if I need a radio remote controler, I do not make them. My "effort" is keeping on trying brand new batteries, I cannot do any other effort. "the question is whether he tested it at all?". If you don't trust me, why should I trust you?.Great customer service. Right, let's leave things like that. Waste of time, I don't care about the money. Nothing else from my side.

Meine Bose Lautsprecher FB funktionierte nicht mehr. Bose konnte mir nicht mehr helfen, die FB gibt es nicht mehr. Was nun? Ich bestellte die FB bei der Fa. Remote Control und kann nur mein höchstes Lob aussprechen. Die FB funktioniert einwandfrei und ich kann die Bose Lautsprecher wieder benutzen. Sie haben nicht nur ein Taschengeld gekostet und dank dieser Fremd-FB kann ich sie wieder vollwertig einsetzen. Großes Kompliment, ich kann die Fa. Remote Control nur empfehlen. Jochen Dölz
