Everyone at Warren Evans really is lovely - from sales to customer service to the delivery team. Having used Warren Evans for my last mattress purchase about six years ago, I felt confident using them again when I needed to upgrade to a larger size this year. And they really delivered. Helpful, friendly advice, transparency about their sustainability credentials and recycling process (something that was very important to me) and smooth delivery. But the thing that really sets them apart is the after-sales support. I didn't bond with my mattress right away and they did everything they could to help me decide if it was the right one for me, including arranging to take it back when I thought it wasn't. Turns out I was being a bit impatient and three weeks in, I absolutely love it. I'm just glad they gave me the time and support to find that out for myself and feel assured I'd made the right decision. I would definitely recommend them - you don't get many retailers who go the extra mile that they do.
