Disgusting, Rude Customer service by customer service Manager Lucy Williams
I’ve purchased a knife weeks ago and I haven’t received it.. NO call from the company or an email. Then after a week I decided to call the company and they said age verification needed. So I’ve send my passport copies and documents. After they have send me an confirmation email by said thank yu and we will dispatched… after week, again I call them to find out and they asking me again age verification and they don’t have it.. this is braking consumer rights and holding their money for no reason is a illegal. Also Customer Service Manager call LUCY WILLIAMS was very rude over the phone and she hanged up 3 times on me by saying I’m shouting.. I wasn’t shouting at all.. when I pointed their mistake she started to be very rude instead of apologise for their mistake.. She doesn’t no how to speak to a customers at all.. very Rude and disgusting manner. I think because of this sort of a third class, rude manner employees I believe company loosing a lot money and customers and their company reputation and name which they carry for last many years.. like I cancelled my order. I would never ever buy anything from this company ever because of the way they trying to scam customers and rude manners. Also I will release the conversation record between me and Manager LUCY to show the world how rude they talk to paid customers.. and you all can decide. LUCY you are a VERY BAD MANAGER. And Im so disgusted about the way yu speak to customers. You are the most baddest rudest person I’ve ever spoken to over the phone in my entire life. I will take the legal actions for holding my money for long time and not processing my order. And never even contacted me to say.. it’s just like they wait until we forgot about it.. lol DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.. UNLESS MANAGERS LIKE LUCY WILLAMS GO AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO FAIR THINGS ON PAID CUSTOMERS.. SHE GAVE ME THE MOST HORRIBLE PHONE CONVERSATION IN MY LIFE IN UK. Disgusting…!!!

A very good paring knife.
I am very please with my Wusthof paring knife. I have 3 other Wusthof kitchen knives and this new one is of the same quality. I bought the pair of honing guides out of curiosity (there was no extra postage costs , as a result of the knife purchase being > £50). I have tried them on a few of my knives but unfortuneatly the angles don't quite match, so would end up taking off more steel than I need to. They hold a strong grip on a knife so don't wiggle around so I think they would be helpful in cases where the angles match up. I have a few more knives to try out

I had to threaten legal action to get the goods ' This is a purely factual account of my experience with Kitchen Knives and can be backed up with evidence. Statements in brackets are for clarification. I ordered a set of knives in mid-September to the value of over £675. Kitchen Knives stated a delivery date of 23 Sep. The knives were not delivered. On 29 Sep I contacted Kitchen Knives to establish the delivery status. The company insisted that the knives had been delivered and signed for. On 3 Oct, the Sales Office Manager stated that "I can see that the parcel has been delivered to number 15 (wrong address) so I would ask if **** (the intended recipient) can go down to this address to collect the parcel as due to the time that has elapsed (6 days) we are limited with what I can offer." On 7 Oct, they appeared to place the onus on the courier to resolve the delivery mistake but did not offer any resolution if the courier was not able to recover the knives from the wrong address. I responded that it is the responsibility of Kitchen Knives to ensure that the intended recipient receives the goods and, over the course of further correspondence, asked for a replacement or refund. At no time did Kitchen Knives voluntarily offer any resolution until I stated that I would be pursuing a claim under the Consumer Credit Act 2015. After further correspondence Kitchen Knives offered to deliver new knives. The attitude of the Sales Office Manager seemed to be that the purchaser is responsible for the delivery of the goods even if Kitchen Knives or their courier deliver to the wrong address. They appeared to have no idea of their responsibilities in law or even to care whether the they fulfilled their contact with the purchaser. Given that it was not until I threatened Kitchen Knives with legal action that they offered to deliver new knives, I have a clear impression that would have walked away from the issue had they been able to do so. I would never do business with this company again.
