Ordered the “Kai” Chinese chef knife with them mid Dec 2021. Waited until January, still can’t see my knives anywhere close to my kitchen table top. Sent them an email and they claimed it was hopeful that the knife would be ready by the end of the month (January). As of today (7th of February 2022), still no news, dropped them an email and once again they said they were hopeful the knife would be ready by the end of the month (now February). Utterly unacceptable.

I had ordered the incorrect style of 4dknives as a gift and had no problem with response from the customer service team. Everyone was polite and accepted my reasons for return and even when Hermes mislaid my parcel for 2 weeks they even extended the date for return so I could still get my refund. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
