Very poor customer service

Grayson Living usually has good prices but has horrible customer service. I recently bought a bed that arrived so badly damaged that I sent it back. I asked for a refund because I didn’t have another 5 weeks to wait for the replacement. I was promised a refund but kept receiving emails saying that I’d have to forfeit the $300 shipping charges. After a month of frustration, I still don’t have my money back. I won’t be doing business with them again.

Disappointed in delivery service

I spoke to an associate about the delivery, I was disappointed that I would be charged extra for delivery in order for Grayson to inspect my furniture shipment and to set up in my home. I expect this from an online stone but not a reputable prestigious furniture company such as Grayson. I ‘m so disappointed with this treatment.

Great Customer Service

So far, customer service has been great: I thought the order was complete and was going to be delivered in May, but apparently it will be delayed until July. I missed the email they sent regarding this and they followed up with a phone call and a text- which is great because I get a lot of spam and sometimes miss important emails. I was able to then respond to the email.
