Poor Sevice

There was poor communication regarding my order. One day, I received a status update that my order was out for delivery when I was supposed to schedule a delivery. After calling Grayson to ensure I would be home to receive the order that day, no one was aware why the status was out for delivery and could not locate my order. When I finally got a delivery scheduled days later, I was given a five hour window. No one showed up and there was no communication regarding any delays. I am awaiting a call back regarding my order. I am very discouraged and disappointed in Grayson’s knowledge and service.

After looking at the bed for literally…

After looking at the bed for literally years…I finally purchased the bed. If I would have bought from our local furniture store the bed was going to cost more, plus cost in shipping, and it was going to take 6 months to 1 year to receive the bed. With Grayson, I will be getting the bed at a cheaper price, no shipping costs and will receive in about a months time. I’m so excited and cannot wait to receive it

Very displeased that my order will…

Very displeased that my order will apparently not be delivered until October yet my credit card has already been charged. Doubtful Grayson is paying the supplier in full until shipment so why am I paying now? You have 4 months free use of my money and I have nothing. If there is a 4 month delay, why would I just not wait until the items are back in stock and order then? I'll be contacting PayPal.
