I’ve submitted online offer, it was accepted. Process to complete the order was smooth and easy. The only bad thing, is I have to wait 6months for the delivery. I’m hoping it will be less and will love my furniture piece.

When I purchased the bench it stated that it was in stock. That does not appear to be correct. I continue to wait for an update. The purchase at this point is saying more than 3 weeks until it is shipped.

Was hoping to get sooner rather than later

It took about a day for my second 50% payment to show up on the web page for my account. Also, I have not received information about how the furniture will be delivered--the carrier, tracking information, and so forth. The website does not include it. So, I think that the website could use improvement. The person I spoke with who took my order over the phone months ago was very nice, though. Now, I have my fingers crossed for a smooth delivery.
