At the time of purchase

At the time of purchase, the products were available for 2/3 weeks delivery. The next day, I received an email that the products are out of stock and will be available on October 21st and three weeks later will be delivered, this is misleading practice. The email indicated if I want to cancel I can, but I had already canceled my orders with another company because their delivery was in mid- October. I will not shop from your site & will not recommend you. This is not a good, honest business practice

We are happy to buy some furniture for our new home from GRAYSON LIVING. Mora was great in all process of sales and handled the whole process perfectly and made it easy for us to order online. she is patient and very friendly,her professionalism is highly appreciated. But we expected to receive the items sooner since they are in stocks. Delivery of 6-8 weeks for items in stocks to your warehouse and adding up to 3 weeks to recieve at our door is unacceptable and time consuming for us. Please review my order # 15165 and let me know the result. Thanks,

Might be a little early for a review. I ordered a piece of custom artwork and it will be shipping in November. But the ease of ordering and the communication about the delivery date have been great.

Delivery delays should be communicated before orders are placed. Very deceiving practice as the company knows inventory at all times.
