Based on recent experiences elsewhere in my family where it has taken 17 months to complete a sale when we were informed of the expected timescale for our transaction we were somewhat pessimistic to say the least but our wrong could we be. Communication from the Conveyancer, her assistant and the iamsold team has been nothing short of superb be it by email or phone and cannot be faulted. Very efficient, friendly and professional.
