Terrible time management, leave everything to the last minute. Confusing emails. Bombarded with the same email on automation spamming!! Different people handling completion of sale in a short space of weeks. Post incorrectly addressed, some post not received. Not professional. Avoid them. I should have used my own solicitor then the Auction house solicitors.

Medway law were acting for me for a sale. They proceeded to mix up my case with another case with a customer of the same name as me. Medway sent me the original probate letter of the other customer coupled with the other customers invoice. I have called twice and left messages , emailed them without reply . I am still currently holding a very important document that should not be in my possession. I am writing this review as a last gasp attempt to get this matter rectified .
