We recently had the experience of selling two houses to buy one which meant there were a lot of people involved in the chain/process and we are very grateful that Team Brown, Jared especially, made sure we were managed well throughout. Unfortunately our vendors were using a firm who were very slow to respond, made several errors and generally were making life very difficult, and so we are especially grateful to have had Jared chasing them, pointing out THEIR errors and making sure that as clients of Medway Law our interests were protected at all times. Jared in Team Brown worked his socks off to ensure that we exchanged contracts and completed as quickly as possible. He did this despite issues with late data and non responsive vendors and their conveyancing firms. Hats off to him and Medway Law, would definitely use them again.

My conveyancer Frankie Mains was excellent. She was informative, responsive and expedited the process very well. She was also most responsive and concerned regarding a problem with the return of my original documents. I deducted a star due to dissatisfaction with the Admin Dept. They were sloppy and unable to resolve their error.
Appalling customer service
Sadly we were recommended Medway Law by “Iamsold” to use as solicitors in the sale of our property. Having experienced a complete lack of Professionalism from this company I simply cannot and would not recommend them to anyone. We made multiple calls to direct lines of the countless individuals dealing with our sale and never once got through! Even the receptionist who eventually answered one of our calls simply said they had too much work on! During our dealings we were contacted by more than 6 or 7 different people all of them called Team…….their name. More often than not left telephone messages asking them to call us were ignored and when responded too were a different person anyway. I just cannot believe the complete and utter lack of support from a company supposedly representing us. Extremely poor!

The staff involved were excellent chasing up and providing me with up to date information. The whole process was fairly pain free but I would encourage the service to ensure buyers stick to the contract of 56 days and not go over this was the most frustrating issue
