This was a company I had not heard of but had to use them when selling through I am sold. Prior to the auction date and about a month after I was not impressed as I had not been updated on things. Once contact had been made Team Muir were brilliant. Keeping us informed and answering my questions. I could not have asked for more.

not a proactive solicitor

Although the staff are polite but their communication skills are next to nil. Many of my calls and e-mails were not answered in timely manner and completion on my house was delayed as they didn't requested the redemption statement in timely manner from bank. Not a very nice experience as you would expect your solicitors to be proactive.

Terrible Experience and never again!

I was forced to use Medway Law by Douglas Allen and I had nothing but problems and delays and was promised a smooth and trouble free process but it ended up being extremely stressful and worrying. I though that I had provided all that was needed for you to carry out the sale of my Mother's property during my first dealings with both yourselves and Douglas Allen but you just kept asking for additional documents right up until Completion Day and I thought that it was never going to happen. Not only did you keep asking for additional documents that I did not know would be required, you also insisted on seeing the originals meaning that I had to post these to you at my own expense and time causing me even more stress worrying that I may not ever receive them back again. I was however forced to do this and was threatened with legal penalties of approx. £1100 if I did not as this would jeopardies completion which is something I obviously did not and could not allow to happen. If I had been informed at the outset by Douglas Allen that they were going to use a solicitor based in the north of England I would never has used them. Having had to though and with my experience of having to deal with you I will never ever use you again and inform all of my friends and relatives the same. I am glad this experience is now over and would not wish this on anyone else.
